⚠️ Upsetting images ⚠️ Today’s post doesn’t include just one rescue, but two. Sadly, we see a lot of cruelty cases, but this one was particularly disturbing for us all. 😧
Yarrow and Yaska were both found with fishing hooks embedded in their bodies. We can only imagine that someone did this to them, perhaps even intending to use the dogs as bait. 😢
Thankfully, they are now both in the safety of our shelter, and have a chance to recover from their physical and emotional wounds....

Hoshi Was Four Years Old When He Came To Our Shelt..

Hoshi was four years old when he came to our shelter in 2014 for treatment after getting one of his legs caught in a wild snare. The damage to his leg was so severe that it had to be amputated.
Fortunately, Hoshi made a full recovery and didn’t have to wait long to find his forever home. He was adopted by a loving family in Canada the following year.🇨🇦 It’s been seven years now since this precious three-legged boy joined their family. Here’s a little update from his mum:

Dear all,
Final day of fund raising today to help the independant feeder and rescuer in Ipoh to free 17 dogs from the Ipoh City Hall pound. This lady is doing what we believe in - TNRM. All these dogs will be neutered and affixed the Ipoh SPCA collar which will prevent the council catching them, and released. This is how it should be and not remove from the pound and lock up in narrow cages and enclosures. Please help us support her. We will be transferring the funds to her tomorrow morning.
