MDDB carried out its first pound rescue in Feb 2019 and some dogs and all the puppies were removed from the DBKL pound which was then located in Setapak at that time. Amongst the dogs rescued was a young beagle. We admitted all the rescues at a vet clinic in Ara Damansara and managed to get one of our then volunteers to take her in.
