A kindhearted rescuer found an abandoned sick puppy off the road on 11 Aug 2921 at Setiawalk, Puchong and took active action to help the puppy. She eventually succeeded and puppy was sent to vet and is now happily on road to recovery! The puppy, lovingly named Bagel, now needs a Loving Forever Home, as rescuer stays in a condo which does not allow pets. Hoping there will be suitable kind souls who can adopt the Bagel soon. Our retired blood donor Jason was ill for a while and we wondered what could have caused a healthy dog to be in such a state.
An abdominal scan yesterday showed that there was a mass on his right kidney. He was rushed into surgery immediately at Gasing. The vet said they will remove the entire kidney and that the mass appeared to be spreading into the blood vessels and surrounding structures. They will try to scrape that out.
He will have only one kidney after surgery and will have to be monitor...
