Collaboration with a commercial building's management to set up Caring Compassionate Community. We've identified a few working cats to be released after they're vaccinated and neutered. Management took up the responsibility to care for the animals by constant monitoring and feeding. Convince your management to start a CCC, mass neutering will help reducing stray population and nuisance as well with the help of dedicated volunteers.
