STRAY FREE SELANGOR (SFS) – THE HUMANE AND COMPASSIONATE WAY has a vision of a home/habitat for every soul, focusing on Humane Education, High Volume Spay/Neuter, Government Lobbying for humane, effective and sustainable ways to curb stray populations.
Since the programme was launched in March 2017, a total of 4,111 cats and dogs were neutered under this programme:
Male dogs - 238
Female dogs - 1170
Male cats - 808
Female cats - 1895

Although she is not very graceful nor does she seek attention from people, she doesn't mind a pet. She relaxes and sleeps whenever she likes and doesn't get involved in cat drama. STRAY FREE SELANGOR (SFS) – THE HUMANE AND COMPASSIONATE WAY has a vision of a home/habitat for every soul, focusing on Humane Education, High Volume Spay/Neuter, Government Lobbying for humane, effective and sustainable ways to curb stray populations.
In 2018 a total of 1,756 cats and dogs were neutered under this programme.
All application/registration for the neutering subsidy must be done via SPCA Selangor, and the voucher issued will be accepted at panel vets for a 50-80% discount.
