Species : Presbytis siamensis

Since the launch of our Stray Free Selangor Programme on the 23rd of March 2017 under the ROYAL PATRONAGE OF TENGKU PERMAISURI SELANGOR, TENGKU PERMAISURI NORASHIKIN, SPCA Selangor has disbursed RM613,133.92 (up until 29 February 2020) to spay/neuter 6131 dogs and cats, owned , community animals and strays

STATEMENT FROM SPCA SELANGOR
Despite hearing of COVID 19 cases in animals, there is still no evidence that pets can transmit the disease to humans. In fact it is the other way around. However, pets that had COVID 19 either showed no illness at all or recovered very quickly.
It is recommended to wash your hands before and after handling animals. If your pet is sick, please bring them to a vet to get them checked.
There is absolutely no reason to abandon pets.
