But if you’re a pet owner, please take note of these tips to protect your pets as thunderous noises are scary for them. Before we go off to celebrate the prosperous Chinese New Year, how about helping a puppy out who needs surgery done urgently so that he can go home?
Whitey was rescued near an army camp by 2 very kind and brave gentlemen. They spotted this stray pup whom they've been feeding, just sitting by the roadside under the sun and not moving. After consulting SPCA they sent to a clinic nearby only to found out that the poor pup suffered from a vehicle accident and broke his pelvis in 3 places.
