Tips On Looking After Rescued Birds (from Joey Quah)

If anyone do find a baby bird, dont be afraid to keep it warm. Use as small a container as possible. For quick emergency container, use a 1.5l mineral bottle. Cut the bottle about 3″ from the bottom. Kaori Passes On… (Azlin & Megaa’s)

Megaa just informed me that Kaori has passed on. She fed Kaori at 11pm and he was alright then. Kaori was kept under a table lamp and was given a hot water pack, too. By 12am just now, Megaa woke up for the next feed, and Kaori was gone.
We thank Megaa very much for giving Kaori a day filled with so much love and kindness, which is a lifetime for little Kaori.

I’m so happy I took Uncle Bobby to his food bowl today.
Yes, today we all had kibbles for dinner.
I don’t know why. Mum was too busy pounding away at the computer all day.

I wrote a book today.
I’ve totally lost track of time today. Is it already 10pm now? Gosh, I thought it’s still 2pm…

Help For A Baby Bird

Someone wrote to me asking if we could take over a featherless baby bird that fell through his window last night. He has given it some bread and milk and doesn’t know what else to do.
I explained that we are not a shelter, so we cannot take over any animals. But I called the local shelter and they said they too do not take in birds.
