A man by the name of Michael called me two days ago. He had found an infant kitten and was wondering if I could take it. I explained we are not a shelter but I could blog for a fosterer. I asked for details about the kitten and a photograph but none was sent. But he did ask how to nurse the kitten and I told him to purchase Toplife (it was Saturday, almost 7pm). Dogfood For Meiji, From Healing Rooms

Last week, Healing Rooms donated three packs of Orijen dogfood to any of the rescuers that we are supporting with our Food Fund. Since Meiji is in dire need of dogfood, we decided to give the three packs to her dogs.
It’s Orijen – really super premium food.

Uncle Charles called even before I finished writing the earlier post about the Kuchai Avenue dogs. I drove to the clinic and Uncle Charles was waiting. Before that, I had already called the clinic to prepare them to receive the dogs and briefed them on what was needed.

Lately, we have been receiving SOSes for help, citing animals in distress, whether the animal has been beaten up, run over by vehicles or is in dire straits somewhere.

I had been waiting for the new tshirts to be ready…and finally, they arrived yesterday evening. The supplier had to do a stock-count so I could only collect them this morning.
But first, allow me to thank Kean-Joo for helping me source for the team of young artists, all from BrandCare. One Dog And 2 Cats Vaccinated (Bernice Chee’s)

Bernice and Donovan will be migrating soon (*sniff*, there goes two of our trusty volunteers…). They have been feeding the stray community in their neighbourhood and now they have to make plans to rehome as many of them as they can before they leave the country.
I suggested they get the animals vaccinated first, for protection.
Today, we did two cats (already neutered) and one dog (also spayed). We’ve subsidised the cost of the vaccinations.
