Medical Subsidy For A Newly Rescued Kitten, But Now R.I.P. (Maslinda Abd Talib’s)

Maslinda rescued a small kitten a few days ago and he had flu. So the kitten was brought to the vet for flu treatment. However, the vet noticed breathing difficulties, so an X-Ray was taken and he was found to have diaphragmatic hernia. Bronsyp Syrup and Clavamox were given for the time being, pending recovery before further treatment was to be administered for the hernia.
Sadly, the kitten passed away yesterday.
Maslinda named him “CT”, not knowing his gender at that time.

Super is discharged and back home with Maslinda now.
She was really going down earlier on and we were really worried. Every text message from Maslinda, I’d hold my breath before retrieving and reading it, fearing the worst.
But thanks to the treatment rendered, Super is now fine and has a good appetite again. While she was sick, she had stopped eating completely and even spat out food.

Mr G Escapes Too?

The evening was quiet.
Baggy got a chair at the Clubhouse.
Indy had no Mr G to talk to. We noticed Mr G’s owner had barricaded their house with netting.
Stargate felt lonely without Mr G.
His yellow bowl was…empty.
I regretted having not taken a photo of Indy talking to Mr G yesterday evening. I remember wanting to get my camera, but I told myself, “Oh well, doesn’t he do this twice a day, I can always take a photo tomorrow.”
