On 4th March 2011 (two years ago), Judy Chua, wrote to me about how Oei Phaik Imm was barely managing at running her shelter in Ipoh. Things were really bad at that time and Imm was desperately in need of emotional, financial and physical help. Imm was on the verge of a breakdown.

Willy May Have A Home After All?

I went out for a walk this morning and bumped into….Willy!
Hello, Willy!
He was just hanging around in front of this house (we thought the occupants had moved out, but now, it looks like their relatives have moved back in). So I guess Willy is okay and has a home.
But I offered him some food, all the same.
This afternoon, I found him in our porch.
I guess Starry was too comfortable to know that Willy was under the car.

I made an e-complaint (http://perhilitan.wildlife.gov.my/e_aduan/index.p hp) to seek the help of the Wildlife Department (Perhilitan) to check for nests. The complaint was made on Friday evening and first thing this morning, they called me to make an appointment to come.

Azura wrote to me last week regarding medical subsidy for this kitten she rescued from her neighbourhood. After The Fight…

Half an hour after the fight, I went to check on everyone…
Daffodil and Ginger had decided it’s much safe to stay on the sofa.
Rosie is independent and not afraid.
The loving mum grooms her son.
We had long concluded that Ginger is the younger son and Rosie is the big sister.

A Visitor…for Starry??

It’s all so coincidental, I was just telling my mother (who dropped in today with a batch of keychains) about Starry and Willy Orange, how they both appeared when a neighbour moved away. And how Willy had just “disappeared into thin air” after appearing with Starry for a few days.

Timmy, The Good Guy

Amongst the Patio Family, if we were to vote, Timmy wins hands down for being the most lovable and obedient cat.
He’s just very, very grateful that he has a place to stay now and doesn’t have to hop from blue dustbin to blue dustbin at the playground.
