Neutering Sponsorship For 1 Male Cat From Skudai, Johor (Norshahadah Bt Rusli’s)

Norshahadah works at a “gerai makanan” (food stall) in Skudai, Johor, with her mother and she looks after the community cats around that area. We fully sponsored the spaying of a female cat previously and we have now fully sponsored RM80 for the neutering of a male cat. All in all, Norshah says she has already got 10 cats neutered so far. We have subsidised RM100 for the spaying of this female cat, which is Amy Lee’s first case of CNRM. It is most unfortunate that the cat passed away after the operation due to unforeseen underlying (suspected liver) problems. We hope this incident will not discourage Amy Lee from continuing with doing CNRM on the rest of her community cats. Vet Helps To Catch The Puchong Dog (Kwan Pei Kuan’s)

Update at 8.15pm: The vet and Pei Kuan did not manage to catch the dog. Pei Kuan was feeding the dog and all was well, but when the vet and his assistant approached, the dog ran away. I’ve sent Pei Kuan a link on how to catch the dog by sliding a loop over the head slowly when the dog is busy eating. Let’s hope it will work.

Kina The Cat, Parvo-Survivor (a Sharing)

A few weeks ago, a friend contacted me regarding a community cat from her neighbourhood, Kina, who had recently been spayed, but had come down with parvovirus. The condition was quite critical then.
