More Willy News
13th Sep 2013, by AnimalCare

Willy was waiting at the drain in front of our house this afternoon. He wasn’t particularly waiting for food, more of just lounging there for the afternoon. Well, when someone comes back after a long tour of duty elsewhere, one would want to spend a relaxing afternoon lounging and just doing nothing. We all went out for the afternoon. As we think bad about last night, actually, when we came home with me dead worried that the Datuk Shrine orange-coloured cat might have been Willy, there wa...

Willy, Is That You?
13th Sep 2013, by AnimalCare

He actually has a home nearby so he doesn’t come so often, especially now that he has been neutered and treated for his defecation problem (fully sponsored by Tabs & Ass...

Here’s…..your Army Green Tshirt! Go Meatless Once A Week!
11th Sep 2013, by AnimalCare

You voted for it, so here it is! I’m really pleased that the army green turned out to be as authentically army green as it comes. I’ll bet Mr Zurik and his Shrew Squad had something to do with this! This message is for everyone. Most people want to be kind to animals. But not everyone can rescue or foster animal street animals. Not everyone can adopt or rehome them. Not everyone can go out daily to feed them. Not everyone can do wildlife conservation. But anyone, if he/she chooses,...

Thank you, Mr Babauta!), here is the whole article: zenhabits : breathe Overcoming the Social Costs of Being Diffe...

It was back in March 2011 when Judy Chua approached us for help to salvage Imm’s Shelter: http://myanimalcare.org/2011/03/04/very- urgent-help-needed-for-59-cats-and-dogs/. Thanks to the generosity of our readers and well-wishers, funds came rolling in and Imm was soon back on her feet again. It’s been more than 2 years now and even though we can now no longer support shelters with the implementation of our policies (where we can only help individual needy caregivers, not shelters, ...
