Ginger Overslept Again….gets New Treat In Town!

Ever since the last few times when Ginger went “missing”, I’ve learnt not to get overly anxious when he misses dinner at 3.30pm. Meat-Free Wednesday!

This is my daily power-breakfast!
I take millet milk because I’m allergic to oats. Walnuts is brain food and the seeds are all good stuff. The organic banana is an occasional treat.
And I came back from work and found that my husband had tar-pau-ed this bittergourd misua from a shop in Glenmarie. He requested all the meat to be replaced with mushroom and more bittergourd.
I love bittergourd soup!
So again, it’s easy to get meat-free meals!!

Today has been a super-duper busy day for everyone at home, so we ate out at our regular shop nearby.

We have fully sponsored RM300 for the neutering of these 2 male dogs. However, we could not subsidise the booster vaccination for the brown pup as the booster was administered after the due date of one calendar month.
