Zootopia – Three Thumbs Up! 16th Mar 2016, by AnimalCare
I watched Zootopia this evening and enjoyed it tremendously!
It’s a world populated by anthropomorphic mammals and has a very interesting and meaningful story line which addresses prejudice, stereotyping and good old fashioned courage and friendship.
The heroes: Judy Hopps (the police officer rabbit) and Nick Wilde (the con-artist fox).
If you are going to watch the movie, pay close attention to the tiny details. Disney certainly went all the way in animation excellence and meaningful d...

This Florida Jail Doubles Up As An Animal Sanctuary 15th Mar 2016, by AnimalCare
The story: http://www.care2.com/causes/this-flori da-jail-doubles-as-an-animal-sanctuary.html
Usu ally the word “jail” brings some harsh imagery to mind: barbed wire fences, orange jumpsuits and tall concrete walls. That’s not the case in the Key West, though.
