Two Specially Ordered Doggie Bags

We wish to thank our long-time supporter, PC Leong, for ordering two doggie bags and his kind donation of RM176 for them!
PC ordered two canvas bags – one with a maltese and one with a pekingese. I searched for photos from the internet, asked my mum if she could make them, and then I sent three photos to PC for him to choose.
We dearly hope the bags are made to PC’s liking.

Lee Chin Chin’s Cats

Lee Chin Chin is one of the five members in the group of ladies (led by Wong Yee Heng) who collectively claim for about 20 animals per week. I was able to communicate with Ms Lee this evening and requested for photos of the cats whom she feeds on a daily basis.

Jasmine Ee was our helper for today’s Wesak fundraising booth and we both started out at 7am with me driving. Coincidentally, both of us are totally hopeless with directions (!) and also we both have no luck with Waze or Google Maps (how coincidental is that?) but thanks to a whole day of looking at the “Earth” map on Google, I was able to memorise the landmarks and we made our way to Sambodhi Buddhist Association without a single hitch!

Mdm Ngoo sent the photo below and explained that it wasn’t easy getting transportation to take the cats from Jerantut to Mentakab for the spaying procedure. She had to use a bag (for the cats) and take the bus.
