An Afternoon Story (featuring Indy And Ginger)

Indy has been having issues with Ginger lately and I caught him posturing and making war-cries on our Sunbird (that’s Ginger’s other name).
Jia-Wen took these photos and wrote the captions:
This refers to Ginger sitting in front of Bunny’s grille. Jia-Wen says Ginger is taunting the Inside-Cats but I’m sure he’s not. He just wants to be friends.
And a major conflict (possibly even war) was averted.
Peace reigns again.

IPOH: Some 20 samples taken from dog carcasses in Kuala Sepetang have came back negative for rabies.
Some 127 dogs and 239 cats have been vaccinated while 88 stray dogs have been culled.

It’s made from pea protein, vegetable powder, plant starch, maize starch and a little bit of yeast extract. No animal ingredients at all.
This is a good alternative for those who cannot do without the taste of meat.
There are those who are willing to give up eating meat and those who wish they could but simply cannot do without the taste of meat. This is a good option for the latter group.

Dog Assault: Man To Be Charged (what About The Amendment In 2013?)

T he news states a fine of RM200 based on the Animal Act of 1953 and we know the Animal Welfare Bill 2015 only came into force recently and thus, cannot be applied to this case.
But wasn’t there an amendment in 2013 to the Animal Act of 1953?

Then, Bunny bowed.
There could be some silent telepathic conversation going on here…
Still going on…
It ended with Bunny going all the way down.
We are just humans, there’s nothing we can do about this.

An Article On Rabies From Dosing Health

It looks like many people have short-term memory these days.
The last rabies scare was in Sept-Oct 2015 which resulted in the very unnecessary deaths of too many innocent dogs and cats. International help, vaccination and sharing of knowledge were offered but I think most animal lovers will never forget what happened in Penang.

Application for neutering/spaying aid of rm300.00 These 3 dogs was trapped n rescued last few days at a factory area. The below 3 dogs are among the 9 young dogs at the factory.

Cow Got Me

This time it’s not a joke.
Had to rush to the doctor’s and yes, I had to get an anti-tetanus jab.
Cow fought with Bunny this afternoon and by the time I got into the room and managed to stop the fight from escalating, Cow already had an injury on his paw.
I was alone and tried to clean it up. Managed to spray some antiseptic and applied a bit of iodine.
