Dear Dr Chan,
I am writing to you seeking for your support for 2 stray female dogs that I have just neutered on 20 Jan 2018.
The dogs are taking care by a temple located in Kangkar Pulai Johor, After the surgery they have returned to the temple.

I have sent 3 female dogs in Johor for neutering on 06/Jan/2018.
All these 3 dogs are normally wander at a at Kangkar Pulai, Johor as the people there will feed them. I have released them back to the temple after spaying.
The total bill is RM 560. May I have your approval to claim RM300 for these 3 dogs (RM100 each)?
