I would like to apply aid for 1 female cat that already being neutered..she is 1 year now, found her when she was 3 mths old behind my house. she was alone and very sick at the time.

Dear Dr. Chan,
I have sent 1 female dog in Johor for neutering on 22/Apr/2018.
This dog was abandoned by her previous owner i believe as when i saw her, she was wandering at SILC Johor. According to the foreign workers there, she was there for few months. Anyway, somebody would like to adopt her so I will send her to her new home after she recovered.
The neutering fee is RM 200, may I have your approval to claim RM100 for this dog?
