These two cats, one male and one female were sent for neutering on Last Wednesday. The male was picked up from Rawang when he was a kitten. He was alone in front of KK mart and we bumped into him at 2 am in the morning. The female cat were picked up at Dutamas in front of a laundry mat when she was a kitten looking for food. The black and white male kitten was rescued from Setiwangsa together with the mother ( the mother has been spayed about 3 months ago before MCO ) and the Calico female kitten was one of 4 kittens rescued from Sri Kembangan some months back. The kittens were about to be discarded onto the streets. We tried to persuade the owner of the house to let them stay around but to no avail, so we took them in. Remember this stray male cat fed by Encik Safuan at Batu Caves with a tail injury? The tail was amputated and neutered. He was discharged last week and released to where he was so Encik Safuan can continue to feed him. All good !

Ever since we started working together with clelia catching and neutering the cats at her residency near PWTC in KL. All the cats were neutered and the number is kept at a stand still, thus, the management is ok with it. Clelia has also rescued and rehomed the cats and kittens there. A good example to follow. This male cat came to a volunteer’s house during the MCO so he started feeding him. As you can see, there’s an open wound on his tail and it seems like it’s not healing. He was sent to our panel clinic yesterday and this is what the vet said after the initial check up:
