When we were trapping cats that are fed by Karen near PJ Hilton Hotel, a tuxedo cat walked towards us and we asked Karen, is this cat neutered ? She said yes, it’s the first cat we caught and neutered. We couldn’t recognise him now! He looks gorgeous with glossy furs and he put on weight. According to Karen, an uncle who stays there feeds him 3 times daily. No wonder ! We were so happy to see him again and to know that he’s doing well.

This afternoon, we went cat trapping near PJ Hilton hotel. And we managed to catch 6 cats ( 4 females and 2 males ) including one cat that Karen wanted to catch a few times with no luck. But not this time. While trapping, an old Chinese uncle came by and asked what were doing so we explained to him our work. After 4 lengthy, failed attempts at catching Patch, the 5th and final dog from Pauline’s pack, we finally got her this morning!!! There was an urgency to get her as she is pregnant but was the hardest to catch after dog catchers had got her before and she has been traumatized and have been extremely wary and untrusting ever since. Ambiga texted us for help to catch and neuter these 3 dogs ( 2 females and one male) she and family have been feeding in Kajang. We went over yesterday and managed to get them and sent them to our panel clinic for neutering. One of the females is in heat so she attracted some male dogs to gather around her and caused some commotions in the neighbourhood which is one of the main reasons why people complain to the local councils. With neutering, females don't go in heat and there will be no fights...

Very friendly male stray, likely abandoned, needs a home. Follows feeders when they walk their dogs with no issues interacting with them. He turned up one day in the neighbourhood and started running into every open gate to make friends with humans! Gentle too. He is wearing a collar in the photos as he is being temporarily fostered by one of the people in the neighborhood.

Last night we went to try to catch Patch again since we have failed twice, the pregnant mama dog, last and most difficult to catch of Pauline’s pack. Last Thursday, we went back to Rawang to catch more cats for neutering and this time we managed to catch 4 female cats that we have been feeding. They were sent for spaying after the catch.
