Reasons why members of the public who don’t like stay dogs or cats report to local councils and what we as stray lovers can do to minimise or curb the problem. First and foremost, we need to understand that strays and humans coexist together forming this balance ecosystem. I always see this cat lying on the stairs next to my office. He looks nice but is very weak and seems to be getting sick. My colleague and I took him to the veterinary center.

Finally ! This was the 4th day we went over , the first two days, she went in and ate but didn’t trigger the trap to shut the door. 3rd day, she didn’t appear and last evening we managed to get her. She was very cautious, when we were around , she wouldn’t even get close to the trap, only when we walked away, she made her moves. Little did she know that we tied a string to the trap to trigger the door to shut. Gotcha !

I lost two of my furbabies just two days ago (April 30). They ran into an abandoned place on Jalan Kapas Bangsar, directly across from Kapas Condo. They've been bottled-fed since they were kittens and have always been indoor cats. They've never gone outside and must be bewildered, confused, and terrified. Their names are Archie (a 3-year-old orange male) and Kai (a 2-year-old calico girl). Spayed and neutered).

We went back to Bukit Damansara on Sunday trying to trap the pregnant cat but she wasn’t there so we waited for her to appear. While waiting, we were told by someone that there’s another pregnant cat at the back lane. So we thought to ourselves , might as well trap her and we did.

This is an interesting story, although this is outside of our work scope actually but we are willing to do it for the sake of the strays.
Norma alerted us of a heavily pregnant cat in Bangsa and she felt compelled to help the soon to be mother cat by taking her in into her care. This is in fact under rescue case but if you’d like us to help to catch strays so you can take them in, we are all in for it.

Teh Contacted Us For Help To Catch A Few Dogs A Mo..

Teh contacted us for help to catch a few dogs ( a mother dog and her 2 pups and a male dog ) he and his wife, Wai Leng have been feeding in Shah Alam. They attempted a few times to get especially the mother dog for spaying but weren’t successful.
We went over yesterday morning and we managed to get all of them. They have been sent to our panel clinic after the catch.

These are the receipts of cat and dog food, medical and others for the expenditure in February 2023. The total is Rm12,515.16 ( including salary for a caretaker at our cattery Rm1,100 and Janda Baik Rm3,000 for 2 workers ). The balance of the expenditure from January 2023 is Rm19,429.06 . Now the grand total is Rm31,944.22 .

Finally, this very elusive female dog who has mothers many many puppies along with 2 other females and 1 male from the Ampang carpark pack were trapped and sent in to our panel vet for spaying, eartipping and vaccinations earlier today.
