Tiny and Pete were fondling with each other.
I tried to introduce them a small brittle ball with chips inside .
Hmm ,a bit early ; Pete was startled with this sphere that rolled with clicking sounds along with it.
Poor Tiny was startled of course . He retreated into a cornor trying to fathom what that was.
I left the ball as it is and let the kitties figure it out themselves.

Tiny , Pete and Mum update.
Tiny weighed 265 gms on Saturday May the 25th. He put on 35 gms n weighed 300gms on Monday May the 27th !
Both Pete & him are stronger and could stand upright and started to play with each other .
Dr Bun of Companion Vet and Dr Jenny Ling who specialises in exortic pets and cats recomnended to maintain Tiny on Terramycin n papase and observe how he fares rather than subject the poor soul to pain and suffering of surgery.

Sally found a mum and her 2 remaining tiny babies on the ground floor of a condominium complex in Kepong on Friday 2 evenings ago.
She went hysterical when she saw Tiny has no eyeballs !
She approached us. But , we are undergoing a cat flu outbreak .
We tried to source alternatives . Even clinics aren’t keen to take the risk as kitties are very young ( just turned 3 going to 4th weeks old )with their health compromised already .

Ms GekLi , a most gracious and passionate cat lover came to our rescue .
She donated RM1000.00 and sincerely hopes it will cover most of the expenses incurred by the cat flu outbreak brought in by a poorly family of mum and 4 kitties surrendered to us in October , 2018 .
Mum and the weakest kitty passed on but the horror of the flu slowly creeped into our entire cattery of 52 cats .Forcing us to isolate every single cat up to today .

Recognition and acknowledgement of animals being sentient is core in upholding animal welfare .
The feral cats matter is of a different issue. Its a question of protecting indigenous and endemic wildlife or allowing feral cats to continue breeding exponentially and wipe out endemic wildlife .
