Complete heterochromia (of the eye) is the condition in which one iris is a different colour from the other. It is a result of the relative excess or lack of melanin.

We are greatly pleased to announce that certain areas under the MBPJ will soon be offered the privilege of practising a “Neuter-and-Return to Colony” programme for its street dogs and cats. The state of Selangor has agreed to sponsor some funds to provide free neutering for street animals which will be done by PAWS's Mobile Clinic.
