KLANG: It’s been a week since the discovery of about 100 emaciated dogs at a Selangor dog pound, but the heart-wrenching scene is still distressing animal lovers.

I need urgent. There is a dog family, consisting a mother dog , and her puppy. The puppy was born under my old car opposite my house. Today, I heard that one of my neighbours have reported them to MPS.
