So far only one person from Malacca has come forward to foster pup. And no one is available to send puppy to her. We found another alternative at VEC (Veterinary Excellent Care) Veterinary Clinic where the vet will take puppy back and bottle feed it at night and bring it back to the clinic during the day. SOS SOS SOS. A family, which is financially strapped was given this sick old dog by the family that owned it. The dog is weak due to heart problems and they are taking care of it. It has been in and out of the vet and we are finding it difficult to pay for it. It has severe heart prob. They are at the vet now and cannot pay the bill.
