We Took In This 'Pregnant' Dog From A Feeder In Kl..

We took in this 'pregnant' dog from a feeder in Klang. Her stomach was bloatedxand she was lactating and we presumed that she would be littering soon. She even suckled some of the motherless puppies we rescue. We waited but nothing happened and her pregnant belly dissapeared. We took her to the vet and did an ultrasound only to find that she was not pregnant. Looks like it was a very bad case of false pregnancy.

We recently shared this post and attached a number from where the message came from. We have been informed that two women, saying they are lawyers, and claiming to be MDDB volunteers have been asking for money when they sent the puppies to adopters homes. WE WOULD LIKE TO STATE that we do not know who these people are and that they are not MDDB volunteers. Hence, you had not contributed to MDDB when you gave them funds. Thank you.

Our old man Singgam is not doing well today. His food intake has reduced and he refuses to walk. We have a 3pm appointment in Gasing and need to pay a deposit. Sometimes they ask us to pay RM1,000 to RM1,500. Gasing also does not want to accept direct transfers. Please help us to be able to put up the deposit when we are at Gasing. Nutella Was Rushed To The Vet A Few Werks Ago When..

Nutella was rushed to the vet a few werks ago when a routine morning check-up at tge sanctuary by volunteers showed her gums were pale. She was also not eating much. The vet at St Angels diagnosed her as being anemic with her red blood cell count dropping at 12%. This was because she had hookworms. She was also slightly jaundiced and her liver enzymes was slightly high. Nutella is better now and her red blood cells have increased to 37 %. Tge normal range is 44 % and she is reaching that.
