My name is Kota Alam Shah Appuchi and I am the Tai Kor of my neighbourhood.
My story started of tragically but am now one of the happiest pooches around.I was still young when I was rescued from the streets of Bukit Jalil by two sisters. They surrendered me to MDDB which tried to locate my people. No one came forward and hence, it is believed that I was dumped in spite of being earth shatteringly good looking. We got these today from a factory relocating in Pulau Indah. Thanks to some staff members, these puppies have been spared of certain death. We are very hassled today due to the impending lockdown of Klang tomorrow and are running like headless poultry removing foodstuff for dogs from our storage in Klang to PJ and Rawang. Uncle George and Kapi have started their one month physiotherapy.
This is the prognosis:
Khapi
-left hip and knee already contracted
-sensation is still intact but joint range will be impaired forever.
George:
-sensation reduce but still intact
-with support he could still walk
-main problem is overweight
George has a high chance to regain his mobility after physio and weight loss.
Today, it was magnetic bed therapy for George and treadmill exercise for Khapi

Animal rescue is sad and gut wrenching. No matter how you do it, there are consequences. The whole of last week we read a post about a blind mother dog and her six pups in Port Klang. The feeders were pleading for the family to be rescued. We went to get them today only to find one of the puppies dead. According to the feeder the carcass was still warm and she believes the blind mother must have laid down on the puppy and suffocating it. So, the question that will be haunting us is - if only we ...
