It is a bad week for us. Someone reached out to us about this dog that was hit by a car in Batu Tiga, Shah Alam yesterday. The driver of the car had initially thought he had hit the dog lightly, and being a Muslim, was not sure of handling dogs. He tried to get some foreign workers to help carry the dog but they refused. Our Happy is going to be admitted at Gasing. Those who know Happy, will know that she is naughty and possesive. She also has the tendency to bully. Last week, when their nanny was giving Rebecca a hug, Happy became terribly jealous. Rebecca is a paralysed girl who does not tolerate nonsense. Today we receiced a message from a young man Rozadi who was almost in tears as he asked for help. He saw two men dump a dog packed in a big plastic bag at a dumpster in Kajang. He said the car bore the registration number WTX 444. Rozadi freed the dog which was weak, emanciated and had a massive wound in the neck. A rescuer approached us about the plight of these puppies in Shah Alam. There are 10 of them. Apparently a private dog catcher comes and leaves the puppies for people to adopt and take home. However, the land is being demolished now and the puppies are in a lurch. We are on the way to take them but cannot send them to our place as they have to be quarantined.
