HAVE YOU SEEN OUR HALEY?
ONE OF OUR DOGS HAVE RUN AWAY FROM HER FOSTERER'S HOME. HAYLEY COMES TO PJ FROM RAWANG FOR HER TVT JABS ONCE EVERY FEW WEEKS. SHE ALWAYS STAYS THE NIGHT AT A VOLUNTER'S HOME IN SECTION 12 - BEHIND LOTUS RESTAURANT - THE NIGHT BEFORE. Little Paws, the veterinary clinic we take our sanctuary dogs have sent us their bills which need to be settled. They also said the amount has passed the credit limit. We also have 20 puppies to neuter. We made a mistake of thinking that the neutering fee was 280 per pup, which includes vaccination and 10 days hospitalisation. But the clinic informed us it is RM380 per pup. A benefactor and his wife have donated RM2,800. So mow we have to raise the pending vet bills as well as money fo...

In 2017, we were alerted of a mother dog with severe TVT and her four puppies in Terengganu. Realising that there would be little help for her there, we sought the services of a pet taxi to get the family. Once there, the pet taxi found that only one of the puppies survived. 5 MONTH Old MIXED BREED MALE PUPPY UP FOR ADOPTION. VACCINATED 3 TIMES. NO FLEAS NO TICKS CLEAN. We found this puppy abandoned at the side of the road very skinny and weak. Dear beautiful people, Cooper came back home on his own around 6.30. It was ecstatic , so my apologies for sending this rather late. He has some bruises on his face and legs. When I press on his body at some areas he retracts which means he's in pain in that area of impact from the accident. For now, he's eaten well and taking much needed rest and sleep. I will check on him again and may take him to the vet.

Recently two old stories were irresponsibly published about the canine corona virus. This virus has been around for a ling time and does not cause fatality in dogs. It is easily cured. Whenever we rescue from the pound and tests indicate that the dog is infected with only Corona virus, we heave a sigh of relief as we know it is nit as deadly as the distemper and parvovirus. Cooper has been missing since this morning. He had a slight accident with a car, panicked and ran off. His family has been looking for him since yesterday after the accident but unable to find him. Cooper lives with his family at Dataran Templer, Bandar Baru Selayang.

Baby Subcut

When dogs have kidney issues, they need to be given liquid subcutaneously via an IV injection. Subcut helps to absorb fluids into the bloodstream and body to prevent dehydration as medication prescribed for the kidney condition makes the doggos expel out a lot of water. Currently our Happy and Baby are on subcut which is administered by our staff. This is a video of Baby receiving hers.

Dear all,
treatment has been initiated for Olga at Gasing Veterinary Hospital. At present it looks like some kind of a nasal cancer but it could be TVT as well. A biopsy will be done to determine nature of whatever's on her face before it is dealt with. They cannot do a biopsy now as her blood count is low and hence she cannot be sedated. We have sent a battalion of our blood donor dogs to Gasing to help Olga out. It looks like she is a dumped pet. This is going to be a long haul case and we nee...

A young man rescued this dog in Seremban and took it to a vet there. The vet then told him that the dog should be euthanised and it would cost RM150. While the boy was raising the RM150, we told him to hold of the euthanasia and sent the pix to our regular vet.Vet told us that something can be done. So a friend who operates a pet taxi in Seremban sent the doggo over to Gasing Veterinary Hospital for us. We have named her Olga.

Farah of Kapar, who is warded at Lian Veterinary Clinic where she underwent several surgeries to mend her multiple fractures, back on e-collar due to 'passageway' form beneath the surface of the skin (tunneling wound) that makes her bite on the wound which is on the left hip.
