Update on Jack:
Jack started to bear weight on the right forelimb. The left forelimb still non weight bearing to support. Swelling post op on right forelimb had reduced around 70%.
Dr Lian will update soon the plan to fix carpal joint dislocation & ligament torn on his left forelimb. High chances for amputation due to no space for bone plate.

Our sanctuary and half-way-home are exceptionally clean and our dogs are well fed. Their health is also well monitored. This is all possible because of the workers we have. While we depend on them to deliver their best, they depend on MDDB to support their families with the allowances they are paid. It is not much, but it is what puts food on their dinner table. UPDATE ON JACK
His stage 2 surgery was took almost 10 hours to fix the right forelimb fracture via bone plate and enhancement of broken jaws repair, soft tissue repair and tightening & replacement of interdental wire.
For bone plate on his right forelimb, Dr Lian hopes the plate could support as the fracture is very near the joint and due to space constraints, she was only able to put 2 screws on one end.
