We receive private messages almost daily from feeders pleading for us to come and take dozens of dogs they are feeding off the streets because the local councils were coming for them after complaints from residents. For 13 year we have been picking-up puppies as well as dogs injured in feeding and mating frenzies all over town. Luckily this lost doggo has been reunited with his family. May we request that when you chance upon a dog such as this - an obvious pet - could you take it home first? We can find a temp place as well as look for the owners once this is done. This doggo was lucky to be found by its owners but not all lost pets are that lucky. Many die in road accidents as they are not streetwise enough. Some get attacked by street dogs and there are others that are caught by the councils and put down. ...

Is this your dog? Hanging around at this restaurant. Can someone take it ho.e temporarily until owner is found? Pets are not streetwise and this dog is too friendly to be on its own outside.

We rescued Jason in Feb 2017 after he was found witj a gapping wound on his neck. He bloomed into a happy and friendly dog and became one of our blood donors. Jason has saved many doggy lives for almost three years before he retired. Suddenly last year, Jason was slightly ill. We took him to Gasing Veterinary Hospital and was shocked with what we found out.

SOS SOS SOS. When ot rains it pours - literally that is. Our rice supplier, who holds our rice supply and sends to us weekly has suffered flood damage. We are now in a limbo as we need supply for the next 2 to 3 werks until he cleans up and restocks. We use 460 kgs (46 ten kg bags) weekly and need about 138 bags at RM25 each. Tesco (Lotus) unfortunately limits three bags per Online transaction. So it looks like we need to go to Lotus, NSK or 99 Speedmart and load our carts. We need urgent help t...

APRIL 2010, a VIP was about to visit a KTM station which was under the jurisdiction of the Selayang Municipal Council. Some workers there tied the dog up to the grill and stuck a pole in its mouth to prevent it from barking. We heard about it but by the time our person got there, the dog was already sent to the pound. We managed to get the dog to the vet but unfortunately doggo died after two weeks due to severe tick fever. We think the trauma of how he was handled aggravated his condition.

Feb 2010, we received a call from a vendor at the Petaling Jaya Old Town market that a hawker had splashed oil on a street dog. We got the doggo admitted at Gasing Veterinary Hospital where his burns were treated. He was there a couple of months and one of Gasing's clients - whom we knew would be able to give him a good home - adopted the doggo that we named Lester. The last we saw the adopter was early this year at Gasing and we were told the now old man was still strong and steady.

In mid 2009, a mother dog and her five puppies were rescued in Kapar. The entire family had severe mange. One of the puppies that was fully black, had the worst. Eventually all the puppies came down with distemper. Two died and three survived. Out of the three survivors, two were adopted but the black one with severe skin trouble remained with us for several years before she was adopted about 8 years ago.
