What is the life span of a turtle?
Turtles in general have a long life span, and it varies greatly depending on the species of turtle.
For example, a typical pet turtle can live between 20 and 30 years or so, while larger species such as freshwater turtles and sea turtles typically live longer.

Inspiring young Malaysian PhD students won the Greenpeace-supported IET Global Challenge Award on their innovative creation, PICAS Block; a reusable packaging to substitute the use of plastic packaging for dried-loose products.

The team uses Irish moss and tapioca starch as the main ingredients for PICAS Block, preventing moisture from getting in without affecting its taste.
