Please Join The Magic 1000 Club Today...
The Magic 1000 club has been established to help feed the dogs rescued from the illegal dog meat trade and currently held in shelters across NE Thailand. It costs in the region of 1,000,000 THB to feed the dogs at all the shelters on a monthly basis so the idea is that we get 1,000 members to donate 1,000 THB (approx. $32) to raise the funds needed to feed all the dogs…

Phrae Butcher Nabbed...
An undercover investigator volunteer of Soi Dog, acting on a tip off identified the location in Phrae where a local butcher operated. The investigator arranged with local authorities to raid the facility where 5 adult dog and 7 puppies were found and rescued.

Many thanks to IFF (International Flavours and Fragrances Inc. – www.iff.com) and in particular operations manager Mr. Komkrit Kositkool.
Mr. Komkrit Kositkool has donated 20,000 cans of Tuna which cost 597,385 Baht towards feeding dogs rescued from the dog meat trade. The first 1,066 cans have been taken to Thongpapoom Shelter by Mr. Manop the shelter manager.

Many thanks to members of the Magic 1000 club for helping the dogs rescued from the illegal dog meat trade!
An additional 15 tons of food has been ordered for the dogs at the Khemmerat and Tha Pha Phumm shelters. However more members are still needed to meet the huge food bill!
In the last 3 weeks alone Soi Dog has spent over 900,000 Thai baht ($29,500/22,300 Euro) on food alone.

WILLIAM - RESCUED FROM THE DOG MEAT TRADE - NOW ADOPTED IN THE UK!... Meet William, he was en-route to Vietnam several months ago - a victim of the Illegal Dog Meat Trade. He spent 3 months at our Phuket shelter awaiting his flight & learned to play ball with our volunteers. William is now happy in the UK with his new family!

7 VERY LUCKY PUPPIES TODAY

Some very lucky puppies today. Trouble and Strife were spotted on the main highway by Gill on her way to the shelter. Dumped there, Gill parked on the hard shoulder and got some very strange looks as she literally diced with death crossing both carriageways to rescue them before the terrified pups were squashed by the heavy traffic.
