A Liitle Girl Called "Mishka"..

A LITTLE GIRL CALLED "MISHKA"... This lovely little girl was found at a temple several months ago in a bad way. She's now at Soi Dog fully recovered & her personality is shining through. She is a sweet little girls, a little bit shy at first but keen to discover the world. Her eyes light up when she recognises you & she loves to be taken out of her run for a walk & loves affection.

MEET "THE THREE AMIGOS"

This Adorable Trio of Poodles came to The Shelter a couple of months ago. They had been dumped by the side of a road, and were not in the greatest shape. Covered in Ticks and in need of urgent assistance.....you should see the change in them now. All it took was some medical attention and a good wash and groom and "VOILA".... Two Soi Dogs (Mali & Jodie) are now flying to their new homes in Toronto accompanied by their Flight Volunteer Charles & his wife. Mali & Jodie's adopter are eagerly awaiting their arrival!.. Mali is one of our tripods & Mali is a sweet little poodle. Thanks to all involved in getting Mali & Jodie to their new homes.

A Plastic Bucket Traded For A Life?
Mrs.Supparat Pimkort age 39 years old has been arrested on date 20 April 2013 by Kosum Pisai District Police. The police have pressed charges against Mrs.Supparat for transportation of animals within infectious disease control areas and trading in animals without permit (one is NOT permitted to trade in dogs in Thailand). 55 dogs have been rescued and have been sent to the government shelter in Nakhon Phanom.

Soi dog Supporter Zat Lewis is running the "Marathon of the North" on Sunday 28th April in Sunderland UK & raising money for the Soi Dog Foundation in Phuket, Thailand.
Zat & Izzy have travelled to the Soi Dog shelter 3 times in the past 18 months & accompanied 12 dogs to new adoptive homes in the UK, including several dogs rescued from the Illegal Dog Meat Trade.

Playtime With "Rowdy"

A few months ago "Rowdy" was dumped in front of the Soi Dog Shelter with some other puppies. Obviously unwanted, we took them in and made sure that they were safe and well. Rowdy who is 8 months old really shouldn't be at the shelter as she is so loving and energetic. We would really like to find her a loving home before she gets too used to shelter life.

"CESAR".....SHE CERTAINLY STANDS OUT FROM THE CROWD....!!!

We would like to introduce you to the amazing "Cesar". As you can see, she certainly is a stunning looking dog that "stands out from the crowd". She came to the shelter after the floods in Bangkok, and has settled in well but life in the runs is taking it's toll. She would be ideally suited as an only dog, with someone who can offer her the love and attention that she needs. She loves her walks with the volunteers, and you can see here how soft and gentle she is with people.
