Remember Funny Chalong? This lovely girl had spent 4 years at our shelter & we were desperate to find her a loving home. Funny hit the jackpot when Rusty & his partner Torn offered to give Funny the home of her dreams at their amazing property in Kanchanaburi, south of Bangkok.

Shadow Trade, produced by Environment Films and funded by Soi Dog Foundation, Humane Society International, Dogs Trust, NetAP and Animals Asia is an expose on Thailand's illegal dog meat trade.
The documentary will be released internationally later in the year.

Shirley has spent 6 of her 7 years at our shelter. She's a shy girl who hides up the back of the run she shares with 12 other dogs, usually under a wooden bench. She's not frightened of people, just of dominant dogs. Volunteers at the shelter have been taking Shirley for walks lately. Four years ago Lucy was found in the Laguna area of Phuket. A German man found her on the street & brought her to the Soi Dog shelter. She was just a few months old & absolutely terrified! PEA IS REUNITED WITH HER SISTER POD!.... The lovely "Pea" flew to Vancouver, Canada a few days ago to be reunited with her sister "Pod". The 2 sisters are now living together in the same home with the wonderful Neil & Jen who've opened their homes & their hearts to these 2 wonderful girls.
