Kalasin Province Sterilization Project...
Soi Dog recently teamed up with Thailand's Dept. of Livestock Development on a sterilization clinic in the NE province of Kalasin. This will be a model clinic for further cooperation with the Department of Livestock in NE Thailand and other areas of Thailand in humanely reducing the stray populations.

Tilly is a gorgeous 2 year old girl who's now spent 1 year at our shelter after being found wandering the streets in a terrible state. She's totally recovered & has emerged into a loveable, full of energy & super affectionate girl. She would make a wonderful addition to any family. An update on the 90+ lucky cats recently rescued from the meat trade…
This is the first proper meal after they arrived at NP Livestock Shelter. Soi Dog Volunteers have been helping out at the shelter together with resident veterinarian Dr.Bo and her team, trying their best to take care these cats, they are now more comfortable and have a full tummy.

THE STUNNING JUSTINE!... This beautiful young girl is super affectionate & loves life! She was found behind a School after having given birth to 5 puppies & has lived at Soi Dog for over a year now. Justine ADORES people & gets on well with other dogs. she's a stunning looking dog who has won the hearts of many volunteers & would make a wonderful addition to a family.

Collie is a very special boy who has lived at our shelter most of his life, after his owners dumped him in the road 2 years ago. Collie suffers from epilepsy which is controlled by medication. Just a few hours ago, the Super 6 arrived into the port of Harwich, UK & were met by their excited new mums & dads. These 6 lucky dogs have had an amazing journey travelling all the way from Thailand to their new homes. HUGE thanks to everyone involved, especially our amazing flight volunteers Zat & Izzy! 90+ Cats Rescued From The Meat Trade...
Smugglers attempting to cross the Mekong River with 90 cats were intercepted on the border. The cats were destined for either Vietnam or China.
These are the first cats ever to be intercepted in Thailand destined for the meat trade.
The cats have been taken to the Nakhon Phanom shelter and Soi Dog has already sent funds to care for them. Nakhon Phanom has no suitable facilities for cats. Soi Dog has supplied a large number of cages for dogs in treatment...
