A n elderly lady found Ronnapee in the south of Phuket. Poor Ronnapee was suffering from severe mange and malnutrition. When the lady first saw Ronnapee lying in a gutter she assumed he was dead but then spotted signs of life.

Hogi is one of the many dogs who has reoccurring skin infections, requiring constant medication. Hogi is a sweet dog living in Soi Dog's OAP area. Khun Nok found him on the streets about 3 1/2 years ago totally bald.
Hogi, while a very happy dog suffers from severe skin problems and requires very regular and very expensive skin treatment. Although the photos are somewhat distressing he is in considerably better shape than when first found. Due to his condition he can never be returned to the s...

LOVELY LINUS, WINS BEST KISSER IN THE SHELTER!...
Linus was dumped with her 8 puppies on a busy road. Four puppies died when hit by cars, one was adopted by a foreigner & 3 came to Soi Dog. Linus now lives in our shelter & is the most amazing, sweet hearted girl. She just LOVES cuddles & rubbing herself against you. She's super affectionate & has won our "best kisser" award for her constant sloppy kisses. We love her to pieces & will take more photos of her soon, but we don't think this beauty ...

"Silley" Has 2 Tails...

SILLEY HAS 2 TAILS!...
The gorgeous Silley arrived at Soi Dog Foundation 1 year ago with an horrific neck wound. He was discovered by a foreigner lying in the gutter only because of the terrible smell coming from his maggot infested neck. He was also almost completely hairless & close to death.
Silley has made an amazing recovery & his wounds & coat have completely recovered. He's a happy, calm, friendly dog who does not seem to suffer any after effects of his horrific ordeal. We'd love to fin...

SOI DOG ADOPTER - STACIA GORGONE GETS HER OWN TV SHOW!
One of our Soi Dog adopters based in Boston USA - Stacia Gorgone, has just secured her own Television Show dedicated to dog rescue. Stacia adopted Marco (a dog rescued from the Illegal Dog Meat Trade) in 2012 & runs her own rescue in Boston called KickAss K9. The premiere of her new TV series will air on TLC August 12 at 10pm (ET/PT).

Stewart And The Volunteer Vet

Stewart is Dog Meat Trade Dog. He was rescued by Volunteer Vet Hayley Walters from Nakorn Phanom Government Shelter and will be arriving in Edinburgh, Scotland in 9 days time.
Hayley very kindly answered Soi Dogs Advert requesting volunteer veterinary help at Nakorn Phanom Government Shelter when there was a distemper outbreak there.
