Raymond came to the shelter from a resort in the tourist area of Patong with a big wound on his head that was covered in maggots. Although Raymond is estimated to only be around four years of age, it is most likely also completely blind although there may very small level of sight left. Raymond will now live at the shelter as he would be incapable of looking after himself on the streets.

Food Delivery For Rescued Dogs...

Many thanks to members of the Magic 1000 for their recent delivery of food to the Thong Pha Phum shelter where some of the many dogs rescued from the illegal dog meat trade are currently housed.

"In case dog owner is looking for his/her dogs. There are 2 lost dogs since new year. They are in Baantawai, Hang Dong, Chiang Mai. Male dog is brown. Female dog is grey and is also pregnant. I think the owner must be looking for them because they look really nice. Or please kindly find a new home for them. They are very neat and cute. Please contact Aum, Hang Dong at 0878221308."

“Madonna” is not a material girl….
All “Madonna” wants is love, attention and that special place to call home.
She came to us simply unable to cope on her own on the streets. She had skin problems and was very pale. We so want to give her a second chance at living with someone who can give her all the love she deserves.
She has lived to tell her tales, and just wants to get into the groove with her new family. It would be like a prayer for her to find that special place.
