Emirates Comes To Soi Dog Requiring A Part Tail Amputation
3rd Mar 2014, by Soi Dog Foundation

Emirates was reported by Khun Ployphan outside of the Emirates office in Phuket. While we are unsure how Emirates injured his tail, the wound was very serious and the decision was made to amputate part of his tail as it would be less traumatic than having a wound that almost certainly was not going to heal. Emirates has bounced back from his surgery and is now in one of the cat suites to complete his recovery. As you can see from the photos, Emirates is a sweet, cheeky and confident cat. Only...

Want to help the orphaned, neglected and abused puppies of Thailand? You can do so by joining Shiver’s Puppy Care Club. Soi Dog picks up many young puppies every week, Most have been abandoned on roadsides or dumped and left to die. Unfortunately only the lucky ones are found and given a second chance. Ju-Jube Comes To Soi Dog With A Serious Wound On Her Back
2nd Mar 2014, by Soi Dog Foundation

Ju-Jube was found by a local resident Khun Tai, with a horrific cut on her back. While we don’t know how she got the cut, we are almost certain this injury was inflicted by a person, as the cut is too precise to have been from her cutting herself on something. There was a lot of blood coming from Ju-Jube’s wound when she arrived, however thanks to members of Phi’s Cat Care Club (https://www.soidog.org/en/sponsor-a-cat/) immediate treatment was provided. Ju-Jube is far from being out of d...
