ANOTHER DOG TRADER ARRESTED!
Earlier this week another dog thief was caught after a tip off from the public awareness/poster campaign financed by Soi Dog’s supporters!
The dognapper was using a truck with megaphone, driving through villages advertising the trade of plastic buckets for dogs.
Watchdog Thailand’s hotline immediately notified the local police who stopped and searched the truck.

Soi Dog Foundation is now conducting the second phase of its PUP (Preventing Unwanted Puppies) programme. This is a 3 year mobile sterilisation program with the goal of sterilising more than 80% of Phuket's dogs by mid-2015.
The second phase of the programme consists of visiting every area of Phuket a second time to spay and neuter dogs not sterilised during the first phase.
