A LITTLE BROTHER AND SISTER THROWN IN A PLASTIC BAG, DUMPED ON A LONELY BEACH, AND LEFT TO DIE…
I am a 4 week old girl called Emi and this is my brother Yumi. We were found by a tourist couple walking on the beach, when they spotted my tiny figure curled up on top of a plastic bag.
Inside the bag was my brother Yumi. We had been dumped on the beach and left to die. We were just one week old.

I am a 4 year old boy called Karissa.
I am a street dog, which means I’ve grown up never having known what it is like to have an owner or a home of my own.
I was brought to Soi Dog with a large tumour on my neck. I am now in the care of the vets here, who tell me they will do something called surgery to remove this tumour.
They tell me I am also anaemic so they are now giving me medication to treat this. I am very sweet with the vets; I know they want to help me.

RESCUED FROM TORTURE AND SLAUGHTER: MEET THE DOGS OF BURIRAM...
Thousands of dogs have been rescued from the illegal dog meat trade and are being housed at a purpose-built facility at Buriram and several other large shelters facilitated by the Soi Dog supporters who have joined the Magic 1000 Club.
Work is always ongoing to improve infrastructure at these shelters, such as roads, drainage, medication, and water supply and filtration.

Just a few days ago, police in Kampangpet province in northern Thailand conducted a raid of a truck at 10pm at night, which revealed 72 dogs concealed inside and destined for slaughter.
The truck had been specially adapted for transporting dogs while keeping them out of sight.

I am a 6 year old boy called Carlos, a street dog of Thailand. I have had to fend for myself since the day I was born without an owner to care for me.
Recently, I was attacked by another dog and left with a seriously bad wound on my head. Without an owner to take me to the vet, it quickly became badly infected and infested with maggots. I was in a tremendous amount of pain.

I am a 3 year old boy called Cannon and I have been suffering quite a lot recently. A large, untreated wound on my back became seriously infected and I was in so much pain. The infection got worse and the wound was infested with maggots.
