Our Care for Cats Club exists to care for and treat thousands of cats each year. Our cat hospital is the finest in Asia and houses many abandoned kittens and cruelty cases prior to adoption.
Soi Dog also supplies cat food to many temples and has sterilised over 12,000 cats, preventing literally tens of thousands of unwanted kittens dying of starvation and disease.
We need your help to be able to save more cats and to find them forever homes in Thailand or abroad.

It was a day I can ever forget. It started off well but then my siblings and I were all put into a big metal box that moved and than dumped in a cold drain left to fend for ourselves. I had been wandering the streets in pain for what felt like the longest time. A nasty wound on my neck had become severely infected and was infested with maggots. The agony was unbearable but there was no owner to help me.

Arthur came to Soi Dog after a fight with another cat left him with a serious wound on the side of his face, between his eye and his ear. Arthur was very lucky his eye wasn’t permanently damaged.
Now that he is undergoing treatment with Dr. Jennifer, this lucky boy is slowly starting to get better. His wound, which was seriously infected, is now gradually healing and he is a lot happier than when he first arrived here.

We posted yesterday to tell you how our undercover investigators Watchdog Thailand received a phone call from a concerned local in Chiangrai, northern Thailand.
The person in question wished to report the existence of a dog meat shop with a number of dogs tied up in the backyard.

I am 11 years old and have lived the majority of my life in the Soi Dog shelter.
More than 9 years. Sometimes this makes me very sad as I see many dogs leaving for their new forever homes and I wonder why I am not chosen. My first family dumped me over the fence at Soi Dog like I was a piece of rubbish. I am still not sure what I did wrong.
