I have been at the Soi Dog shelter for 6½ years. My name is Twinnsie and I was dumped here as a puppy with my brother Twinnie.
I was very scared when I arrived and while I am not scared of my carer or the other dogs, I am still frightened of people.
If people visit my run and spend a long time there, I become curious, but I am not brave enough to let them pat me.

Soi Dog picks up many young puppies every week. Most have been abandoned on roadsides, dumped and left to die.
Veni and Vidi arrived at Soi Dog suffering with horrendous skin problems. Only weeks old, we could see the fear and despair in their eyes and it was heart-breaking.

Save Dogs Like Jarex From A Lifetime Of Misery

Jarex is a two year old girl who arrived at our shelter after we received a call from a member of the public. Jarex was suffering with horrendous skin conditions and misery was etched on her face.
Most of her fur had fallen out and she was covered in crusty, weeping sores from constant scratching. Our vets diagnosed demodectic mange, which is very common among street dogs here in Thailand.
