Save Dogs Like Shimmer From Suffering Alone 19th Dec 2014, by Soi Dog Foundation
Shimmer is a stray dog of Thailand. He is literally one of millions. He arrived at the Soi Dog shelter having been hit by a car while trying to cross the street.

With fractures to both his left legs, this poor...

I am 3 years and 3 months old and have been living at the Soi Dog shelter, Phuket, Thailand for very nearly 3 years now.
I was found by Soi Dog, abandoned on the beach when I was still very young. It is scary to be on your own in the outside world. Street dogs threaten to attack you and unkind people threaten to harm you. I was lucky to survive really and to be offered a new home at Soi Dog.
I generally do okay at th...

These Dogs Urgently Need Your Help 19th Dec 2014, by Soi Dog Foundation
THIS IS AN URGENT PLEA.
Thanks to your support, thousands of dogs have been rescued from torture and death at the hands of dog meat traders. Now they need your help to survive: http://bit.ly/supportthedogs
These dogs were on their way to Vietnam to be skinned and boiled alive, then butchered for their meat. Thankfully, the trucks they were on were stopped by Thai police.
But the fight to save these dogs’ lives isn’t over. A small, regular gift from you will help make sure they get food...

My name is LooLoo. PLEASE ADOPT ME!

I am just over 5 years old and have been a resident at Soi Dog, Phuket, Thailand for a little over 3 years.
I came to Soi Dog because my owner died and I had no-one to look after me. It is very hard to fend for yourself when you have been somebody's pet as you lack the 'know how' to survive on the streets. Thank goodness Soi Dog came to my aid. When they found my I was terribly scared as I am sure you can understand and it...
