DOG SNATCHERS NOW TARGETING MOTHERS AND PUPPIES
We recently told you about our latest raid on a dog slaughterhouse that resulted in the rescue of 6 dogs, including a mother and her 3 puppies. Dog snatchers are now targeting mothers and puppies due to high demand, in the belief that the meat from young puppies and lactating females tastes better.

Fund Life-Saving Work With Just A Few Dollars A Week 6th Mar 2015, by Soi Dog Foundation
Soi Dog spays and neuters and provides medical treatment to over 1,000 dogs and cats each month.
Many of these animals require lifesaving, emergency treatment.
Without regular donations from kind-hearted Soi Dog supporters, none of them could be helped.
We call these supporters our Emergency Response Team.
You may not be in Thailand, but you can still save critically injured dogs and cats by becoming a member of Soi Dog's Emergency Response Team.

Planning a trip to Thailand and a visit to Soi Dog? Soi Dog welcomes visitors and our shelter is open Monday to Friday, 9.00am to midday and again from 1.00pm to 3.30pm.
Please note we are closed to visitors on Saturdays and Sundays.
Guided tours happen 3 times a day, Monday to Friday: 9.30am, 11.00am and the last one at 1.30pm. Do ensure you arrive in advance of one of these times and you will be given a tour of our shelter and get to meet many of the animals in our care.

Here is the latest update from the pupils of The American School of The Hague, who are fundraising for the new dog hospital!
Since starting their fundraising efforts, the children have held various events such as bake sales, a movie screening, raffles for various prizes, and a “guess the number of jelly beans” competition!
