Here is the latest update from the pupils of The American School of The Hague, who are fundraising for the new dog hospital!
The children have been busy holding various fundraisers, such as bake sales, a movie screening, and a raffle for a candy basket, among other events.
Thanks to all their efforts, they have now raised enough to fund a fifth examination table for the dog hospital, at €1,300 per table. The children voted to use the remaining funds to sponsor a dog for a year and the speci...

Fund Life-Saving Work With Just A Few Dollars A Week

Soi Dog spays and neuters and provides medical treatment to over 1,000 dogs and cats each month.
Many of these animals require lifesaving, emergency treatment.
Without regular donations from kind-hearted Soi Dog supporters, none of them could be helped.
We call these supporters our Emergency Response Team.

At the age of 3 weeks, Milky-Way, Max-A-Millon, Mugsie and Manny all arrived at our shelter covered in maggot-infested wounds.

A Soi Dog Ambassador Retires: Domonic Moves To Canada
On the day before he left us for good, Domonic’s sunscreen was applied for the last time and he greeted his final visitor later that afternoon.
After years of being the only dog allowed to roam freely around the shelter grounds, Domonic retired from his position as Soi Dog ambassador and “meet and greet” representative in order to move to his new home in Canada.

Planning a trip to Thailand and a visit to Soi Dog? Soi Dog welcomes visitors and our shelter is open Monday to Friday, 9.00am to midday and again from 1.00pm to 3.30pm.
Please note we are closed to visitors on Saturdays and Sundays.
Guided tours happen 3 times a day, Monday to Friday: 9.30am, 11.00am and the last one at 1.30pm. Do ensure you arrive in advance of one of these times and you will be given a tour of our shelter and get to meet many of the animals in our care.
