Thanks to YOUR support, our veterinary team sterilises and treats over 1,000 dogs and cats every month and we are proud to introduce you to the team.

My name is Bella and I am 3 years old.
I couldn’t even breathe properly there were so many of us in one cage. I am sorry to say but a dog died in my cage – she just gave up the will to live and stopped breathing. I tried my best to be brave, I really did. I am very grateful to the kind people who stopped our truck with all the cages filled with dogs and let us out. Save Stray Dogs From A Lifetime Of Suffering

Soi Dog spays and neuters and provides medical treatment to over 1,000 dogs and cats each month.
Many of these animals require lifesaving, emergency treatment.
Without regular donations from kind-hearted Soi Dog supporters, none of them could be helped.
We call these supporters our Emergency Response Team.
You may not be in Thailand, but you can still save critically injured dogs and cats by becoming a member of Soi Dog's Emergency Response Team.

Chara was hit by a car at just 5 months of age. She arrived at our shelter in horrendous agony and was unable to stand or walk on her hind legs.

Planning a trip to Phuket, Thailand and a visit to Soi Dog? Soi Dog welcomes visitors and our shelter is open Monday to Friday, 9.00am to midday and again from 1.00pm to 3.30pm.
Please note we are closed to visitors on Saturdays and Sundays.
Guided tours happen 3 times a day, Monday to Friday: 9.30am, 11.00am and the last one at 1.30pm. Do ensure you arrive in advance of one of these times and you will be given a tour of our shelter and get to meet many of the animals in our care.

It was late on a Saturday night when we began to receive calls about a dog that had been spotted running with half his leg hanging off. The dog was terrified, and although many locals tried to catch him, nobody managed to do so before he disappeared and night fell.

MiniMax Was Found Lying In A Gutter, Waiting To Die. He Is Just 4 Months Old.
It was during a tropical thunderstorm that MiniMax was found crouched in a gutter, with a deep wound across his neck. He was whimpering in fear and pain and shivering uncontrollably.
At just 4 months of age, MiniMax was already experiencing suffering that no dog should ever have to endure, but thanks to people like you, he was saved.
