We were one week old and were dumped like trash!

We are four kittens who were dumped at the side of the road here in Phuket when we were just one week old. We are all lucky to be alive.
Our names from left to right are Tanyarat, Treeman, Tony Ja and Titima.
We have been living in a foster home but we are all fit and well now. We are all now looking for our forever home.

Permanently tied up to a concrete pole, she was weak and emaciated, and absolutely covered in ticks when our Animal Rescue Officer was led to her by the Good Samaritan who found her and took action.

Our Animal Rescue Officers have rescued suffering dogs from all sorts of situations. All too often, these animals are understandably scared and aggressive. Animal Rescue Officers are frequently bitten, and for them, it's just part of the job.

CHAINED UP 24 HOURS A DAY, STARVED AND NEGLECTED… NOW SHE IS FINALLY FREE…
The short rusty chain cut deep into her neck as she fought for a bit more distance from the concrete pole she was permanently shackled to. A large festering wound on her back was infested with maggots.
She was so emaciated her ribs were clearly visible. Weak and dehydrated, she could barely stand up. Her frail body was being destroyed by an infestation of ticks.

Pea Mai (meaning "New Year" in Thai) arrived at our shelter just after New Year's Day 2014. Almost totally bald, and suffering from horrendous skin problems, he was a heart-breaking sight.
This is where our regular supporters really come into their own. We call them the Emergency Response Team because every month, they fund the life-saving medical treatment and the spaying and neutering of over 1,000 animals like Pea Mai.

It was the quiet whimpering from nearby bushes that alerted one of our Animal Rescue Officers. Buried in the undergrowth, he found Ying Yam, crying softly and shivering with fear.
