FROM THE STREETS OF THAILAND TO A MANHATTAN HOME
Silica was rescued as a kitten after being dumped outside our shelter one night.
We were only able to take her in and care for her thanks to the members of our Care for Cats Club, who fund the rescue, medical treatment and care for sick, injured, abused or abandoned cats and kittens.
Silica spent 9 months at our shelter, before being adopted by Ayesha in the U.S.

Did you know that you don’t have to be in Thailand to be a part of Soi Dog Foundation’s Emergency Response Team?
This team has funded the emergency medical care of all the animals we have rescued. It has saved literally thousands of lives.
Kenia arrived at our shelter with a rubber band embedded in her neck. The band had clearly been placed around her neck when she was a lot smaller and over time and as she grew, it dug itself into her skin, leaving her with a seriously infected wound.

Twix arrived at our shelter over 4 years ago, with a maggot-infested wound on his head and right ear.
Thanks to people like YOU, we were able to provide him with the emergency medical treatment he needed and, after 9 months at our shelter, Twix went on to be adopted by Laura in the UK.

BACK FROM THE DEAD, THUNDER HAS GOT THE MOST AMAZING NEWS
Do you remember Thunder and his remarkable story? This beautiful boy could not be revived after routine neutering surgery and his heart stopped beating for several minutes.

I was only a puppy when I arrived at the Soi Dog shelter almost 5 years ago. I had a severe case of mange, which had made all my fur fall out and my skin really itchy.
